Need help with account billing

Good morning,
hope you are well.

could I get some assistance with some billing issues I am having. If an agent can email me so I can pass over account details and to discuss this further without having to disclose them over a forum, it would be greatly appreciated.

      I did manage to get through to an agent on the phone after some difficulty. 
      all is sorted and I will mark this as solved

    I also have problem with switching to ebilling. It looks like none of the 'switch to ebilling' instruction /webpages worked. Please help.
