Need help finding contract end date

Hi,

 

What with April price rises and discounts ending my bill has gone up twice in 2 months so I'm trying to find my contract end date, but when I try to view it all I see is a "Service change receipt" which lists three wildly different months for start date and an ambigious "12 months minium term remaining" message at the bottom. How can I find out what the actual end date is?

    Sorry to hear to hear of your concerns with your package price and not being about to see your contract end date. I can see on the system that you have since spoken with the team today after posting and this all looks to be sorted for you.
