My VM account settings
Hi, Ive seen a lot of people having the same issues as myself regarding My Virgin Media account settings and being unable to access them.
I've had this issue for a while now and still having no resolution to the issue. Every time I try to access them it loads an error page stating "Oops, looks like somethings gone wrong on our side".
I have tried via the app and web browser, clearing the cache, linking my O2 account etc. and still nothing seems to work.
Was wondering whether anyone has found a fix for this issue or any other way of accessing My VM. Thanks
