Just to clarify, are you saying that a spam or junk folder isn't showing when you specifically access your e-mails via your mobile phone?
If that's the case, is a spam or junk folder showing when you access your e-mails via another device?
As long as you can access the verification e-mail, it wouldn't matter which device you're on in terms of confirming the My Virgin Media registration.

Is this a Virgin Media email or another client email, such as Outlook or Gmail?
If so, and you're unable to see a spam or junk folder, they might be hidden in the menu.
I recommend checking out the help forums for your specific device and the mail app/client you're using for your mail to gain access to your junk/spam folder.
If it's a Virgin Media email, then please let us know, and we can investigate further.
