My Virgin Media says payment due, but bill has been paid.

Just checked my virgin media, and it has a warning that my payment is due. The due date for the payment was the 1st of July, and it was paid in full on the 29th June, as it does every month (I make manual payments). I even have an email from virgin confirming payment on that day, and the funds have been taken from my bank account.

Any idea what is causing this error? Hopefully I don't end up with a late payment fee and a double bill!
