My mom lost a lot of money because of virgin media

  • My mom phoned virgin media so she could sort out a way for her to pay and she made it so that money would come straight out her bank but every time after that it would say that money was took out the bank every month for the bills but I would get a message next month saying that she didn't pay last month so they doubled the price and added a £7.50 late fee on top of that even though I have evidence that she indeed has been paying please fix this virgin media it's been every month too.
