My broadband is showing a solid green light and 2 arrows are blinking

So, i got my hub 3 literally a week ago, every night, from 9pm to 11pm, the internet has gone, and my broadband just shows a solid green light with 2 blinking arrows. I looked it up and apparently it means its a software update, but that cant be true because its doing it every single night.

  • Hello mo_d2009,

    Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your broadband connection at the moment. Does this only happen in the evening and is the connection okay for the rest of the day? Have you tried to reboot the hub since the issues started?

    Kind Regards,

    Steven_L

        Try a 60 second factory pinhole reset as below;
        Remove any ethernet cables from the Hub and hold the pinhole reset switch for 60 seconds.  Do NOT reboot the Hub, just let it do it's thing. Note you will need the passwords from the bottom of the Hub afterwards, so make sure they are legible. NOTE this will remove any custom settings you may have set in the Hub, and they will all have to be setup again.

        It may be the Hub is not completing any updates, so the factory reset should help.
