My 84 year old mother !

Virgin media account ,can you explain to me how my mother who is 84 can sign in to my virgin media well done virgin  another complete farce , obviously my mothers age was not taken into  account regarding this new format was in the pipeline to log in ! 27 plus years and counting as a  customer total shambles

    What type of issues if she facing?

    Is she getting any errors at all?

    If so what are they?

    Hi Mathew , thanks for the reply , 

    What is the point , you set up an email then login with that along with password get the verify link the asks for account details , we enter them then its say we have a another email connected to the account ie blueyonder address which is correct , then it says a link has been sent to the blueyonder address but how can we log in we can not get into my virgin media for a start ? Its a joke no need to reply what is the point as you will ask for security questions as per usual same at the team on the phone plus you cant understand them half time
