Hi,
I am trying to book my house move via web page. after couple of Q&A it says "Great news! Virgin media is available" when clicked "Book my move" nothing happens.
I tried webchat for almost 5 days in row wait time is more than 2 hours an my chat looses due to inactivity. Now I have moved and still I cant transfer virgin broadband. I spent calling multiple times each time I have to hear nonsense ads. and my O2 mobile disconnects me after 40mins of call. we pay service charge for what? dont we have regulatory body in UK to protect consumers from such scammers?
