Moving home, why have Virgin signed me up to a new 18 month contract ?
I simply completed the change of address on the Virgin website and have been signed up to a new 18 month contract, am being sent a new kit, and being charged £72.50. I'm somewhat stunned to say the least. Any ideas on how I can deal with this as painlessly as possible would be gratefully received.

The T&C's state during your contract period where you can carry out the remaining months of your contract or be signed up to a new contract, you can find this under Section O 👉 T&C's.
