Move and transfer
Can a support agent perform a "move and transfer" to link my Virgin Media account to your current Virgin Media O2 ID, as they are currently linked to your old email. I can not access my old email to approve the transfer so I need my virgin account to match my email that I registered the Virgin Media O2 ID account with to be able to link them. Why has this all changed my virgin media was so simple and now it’s seems impossible especially as I don’t have an O2 mobile or account
