Monthly bill

I’ve just received next months bill, and by my calculations it’s going up approximately 20% I tried for over an hour to speak to someone on the online chat and when I did, asked if they could give me a better deal, I had to remind the person 3 times that I only had the TV package he was trying offer me ones that included broadband etc which I don’t want. In the end I was cut off just on 8.00pm funny that ! What’s the best time to phone. I do have 2 discounts that will be ending soon

    I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with your service and thank you so much again for your post. We do not typically handle package changed via the forums, but we can advise further here. 

    There are some TV packages we have that are dependent on a Broadband connection with us, an agent will be happy to talk through your options with you.
