Monthly bill
I’ve just received next months bill, and by my calculations it’s going up approximately 20% I tried for over an hour to speak to someone on the online chat and when I did, asked if they could give me a better deal, I had to remind the person 3 times that I only had the TV package he was trying offer me ones that included broadband etc which I don’t want. In the end I was cut off just on 8.00pm funny that ! What’s the best time to phone. I do have 2 discounts that will be ending soon
