Monthly bill not taken from my bank account.
My VM account for broadband and home phone is normally taken on the 19th of every month by direct debit.
It is now 5 days since that date and still no payment has been taken from my bank account but it is shown as paid when I look at MyVM account on line.
Looking back over the years payment has always been taken on the 19th. Nothing has changed with either my VM account or bank account and I am a bit concerned that I will be charged for a late payment if this is not resolved.
