I am confused I switched over to 02 quite a while ago but there is still one bill (from an old number)that I pay 12.95 per month and it still comes out of my back I thought it would be done with a long time ago. But anyway I can never check anything as can log into the account for this one as so long ago I don't even know the number and it's on a n old email account. For some reason this month the payment didn't get paid by bank and there's no way for me to pay it as I can't log in or speak to anyone . It's so frustrating and stressful.also to add to the confusion I've recently moved address so if they have sent me anything in post I'm not receiving it ahhh
