I am also having this problem. Recently moved, same package and no changes. Just checked my bill and in April I will be charged an extra £30 a month and have a ‘buy out’ of nearly £800. Nothing was explained to me about this!

Hi Marek69
Welcome to the Community Forums.
Sorry to hear of your concerns with your contract length after your home move.
If you've moved and transferred your existing services and contract to your new address, rather than agreeing on a new contract, then your contract will be suppressed to reflect the remaining contract that was before the move. The action to suppress the contract would action once the new account at the new address is active, so you might see the first few days after account activation, that the contract is longer than it should be.
How long ago did your home move take place, please?
