Manual payment requested on new account
I recently signed up with Virgin and everything is up and running as expected, apart from the fact I have just had an email about my first bill with a link to make payment despite the fact I set up the DD information when I joined and I can see Virgin in my list of DDs in my online banking although no payments have been made obviously.
I am unable to set up the DD online until the payment is made, which is fine, but I'm more concerned that they may take an additional payment by DD if it is actually set up.
Are there any admins that would be able to check this for me, or should I just go through the process of making the payment then setting up the DD online afterwards?
