Main account

Hi

Trying to login in to main account but can’t remember password and when I go through confirm identity to find account it gives error message saying can’t find match. I have several ntl and virginmedia email addresses so tried some accounts but those are only email access accounts, need to login in to main account. I had help before from one of the staff on here to reset so wondering if it possible for help again

    Importantly are you a current VM broadband customer, basically are you paying VM money each month?

    If you do have a VM broadband account try the forgotten username route:

    https://www.virginmedia.com/identity/forgotten-details/email

    Do you use VM's TVGo app, and if so does that work?  If so you should be using the same credentials for your My Virgin Media service.
