Main Account

Last year you forced me to change my login email address from ntlworld.com to a gmail account.

The website recognizes this as my login email.

But then states it is not my main account login when I try to view bills.

The website refuses to accept any of my NTLWORLD email addresses for login.

Have been trying to reset an email password for over an hour, but it requests my main account login, which I no longer have any idea what you are accepting for this, after it was changed to Gmail.

    Sorry to hear about the issue with your email address and logging into your online account.
    I’d like to investigate this for you and make sure you can access everything okay.

    NOW SOME IDIOT HAS COME UP WITH THIS TO VERIFY MY DATE OF BIRTH, MAYBE HE SHOULD TRY SCROLLING BACK 68 YEARS X 12 MONTHS AND SEE IF IT LETS HIM GET THAT FAR. 6 ATTEMPTS SO FAR, ALL FAILED.
