Lost TNT Sports

Hi,

I renewed our package online in July 2024 - have Maxit TV with added Sky Sports and Sky Movies. TNT Sports is now greyed out - I've checked the contract and Maxit TV clearly shows TNT Sports as part of the package - can someone please advise how to get it reinstated.

As an aside, we've had 3 engineer visits since August - initially lost internet, TV and phone for 4 days. 1st engineer arrived and attached a box and new cable to our neighbour's fence without telling us requiring 2nd team to sort it who were brilliant. 3rd visit following 3 day wait, last Saturday as TV box needed replacing so losing TNT Sports is the icing on the cake!
