LOSS OF SERVICE SCAMMER OF VM
i contacted them over loss of services .
the loss of service computer if it see ur due it pay u .
WE CANT MANUAL ADD ANY LOSS OF SERVICE AS OMBUSMAN AS SET UP A SYSTEM WHICH IF IT SEE CUSTOMER IS DUE IT PAY YOU AND WE CANT SAY IT WILL .
i asked if the service of loss of service does pay out this is real money and u wont ask for it back .
IF IT DOES PAY U CUSTOMER WE WONT ASK FOR IT BACK ..
THEN THE SCAM ..... OF VIRGIN MEDIA .

SCAMMERS AT VIRGIN MEDIA DONT SEND ME A EMAIL .LETTER OR PHONE CALL WHAT A JOKE.

IN QUESTION IS NOT £10.00 BUT THINK 40 + £429.14
THEY REFUSING TO PAY THE LOSS OF SERVICE .
I TOLD THEM POINT BLANK I NEVER GOT ANY LOSS OF SERVICE CREDIT WHEN I ASKED .AS U TOLD ME POINT BLANK WE DONT PAY U CUSTOMER THAT SERVICE DOES.
I GONE TO OMBUSMAN .
THEN VIRGIN MEDIA WONT DISCLOSE THE BREAK DOWN ON LOSS OF SERVICE .
WAY THEY MADE ME FEEL I SCAMMED THEM . AND MADE A CASE OF LOSS OF SERVICE CREDITS.
BUT I WAS ON TOP AND SAID I WAS TOLD A CUSTOMER CANT SAY ANY THINK TO DO WITH LOSS OF SERVICE CREDITS .
IT AN AUTO SYSTEM 150 DONT CONTROL IT,
BEWARE THAT LOSS OF SERVICE CREDIT COULD BE THINK AND DAYS LATER REMOVED.
I WAS NEVER TOLD OVER THE CREDIT SO IF THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN WAY AND HOLDING ON PRIVATE GOOD WILL I WOULD NEVER HAVE SAW THE LOSS OF SERVICE CREDIT .
I WAS INSTANT AND TAKEN SCREEN SHOT OF THE PAGE .
THEY WAS NOT HAPPY .
BUT I HAD PROBLEMS AFTER PROBLEM OVER GOOD WILL .
SO I KEEP SCREEN SHOT PROOF ON ANY THINK NEW ON MY ACCOUNT .
OMBUSMAN IS VERY CONFUSED .
THEY SAY THAT VIRGIN MEDIA SAY THE £429.14 IS ON MY ACCOUNT BUT THE CREDIT IS MY OWN .
AND THEY ARE SAYING TO OMBUSMAN THAT THE CREDIT IS INC THE £429.14
BUT ALL THE CREDIT ON MY ACCOUNT IS OWN ....
LOSS OF SERVICE SYSTEM AND VIRGIN MEDIA ARE SCAMMERS ...
