Log in impossible - Virgin Media account

I have been trying to log in to my virgin media. Initially wouldn't recognise my email and then eventually it has seemingly allowed me to change my password. I've been waiting for the password change email for 15 minutes and nothing!

One of the reasons I left virgin before was the lack of customer service. I'm encountering the same problem. 4 days in!!

How do I log in to my virgin media?

Any help appreciated,
