log in changes today re O2 and virgin Media

Without any pre warning I had to set myself up again today to access my account and email. I did wonder if it was a scam but apparently not . I do think Virgin Media should warn customers of anyproposed changes.

    The should have also done some proper testing on the new setup before releasing it.

    It seems to have caused many subscribers major issues trying to access emails and their accounts.
