Locked out

On 27th Dec my virgin Media account was locked out due supposed security reasons.

Have spoken to the help desk on 4 occasions, initially promised it would be unlocked within 48 hours. That came went went . Told I needed a new email address,which was subsequently untrue. Promised it would be sorted by 2Jan . Still locked out . Phone call yesterday to say it would be unlocked within 24/48 hrs. Istill live in hope .

This has been so annoying and time consuming.

    I'm very sorry to hear about the issue with your having with your account. 

    To confirm, are you referring to your online account or an email address?

      Hi chrisprice thanks for your reply.

      Unfortunately we don't have the capacity to unlock email address accounts on here, so we would advise to please call us again on 150 / 0345 454 1111 so we can action this again for you.

      I would advise to get a password reset sent to your email, but unless you have another method of accessing your emails, appreciate this may not be of use.

        I have the same issue a complaint has been raised and is being ignored 

  • I have the same issue, left one account at end of contract to start a new account was told my 20 plus year blueyonder email would migrate and I’ve been locked out of my account.
    Financial, utility and security sensitive account information tied into my blueyonder email and I am locked out of all virgin media accounts with the same error message you are getting. Raised a complaint but this is going unanswered.
