Locked out of O2 ID accounts

Hello,

I have a handful of different virginmedia emails which I use for different purposes. Personal, business etc.

Due to the O2 migration I recently had to create a virginmedia O2 ID account for each email along with a new password. All was straight forward.

A few days later, I received a text informing me that I've been locked out of my virginmedia O2 ID accounts for security reasons and to unlock them I need to contact Virginmedia. I also get the following message when trying to log in online.

So I rang customer services and the "help" was abysmal. I could clearly tell they didn't know what to do. To cut a long story short, I was on the phone in total for more than an hour anf half. Passed on to three different people. Was told it would be sorted in 48 hours (not sure why it couldn't be sorted right away) Someone would ring me back but they never did. I'm still locked out on my accounts. I don't want to waste any moree time with customer service.

Can an admin help with me with my issue please as I still can't access my emails?

    Thank you for bringing this information to our attention. As it stands, what we can do as a social media team is raise an IT ticket. The normal timeframe of resolve from this ticket is 10 working days and the team can reach out to directly if the need to do so. If you would like to proceed we can pass security and process this ticket?
