Live chat telling me I cannot have a non-volt contract. Is this right?

And of course it's more expensive. O2 signal is bad where I live. Why do I HAVE to have volt and pay more?

    I can see that you already have a active thread opened on re-contracting and package concerns.
     

    You can have a non-volt deal if you prefer not to have Volt benefits anymore, you might find that deals that are not volt will be more expensive as there are more discounts available on volt deals as well as the free speed boost on your broadband.
