Link virgin media account troubles

It says to link my account and that the details should be on the first bill or welcome email. I’ve checked my welcome email and I’ve put the information through but I’m not about to link my virgin media to my o2 account 

 

this is a problem because I can’t see my bills/pay my bills in advance or any of the sort unless I’m able to log in and it’s just quite inconvenient .

    What error messages are you getting? 

    Have you tried to do this on Bing?
