No it does not work so I've submitted a complaint about C-161125873 ref C-071225320

Used that option this is the response. So I still do not know what this is in regard to. Other than all the other issues experienced in recent, weeks, months and years. The ref is -161125873.
I have submitted a complaint - about a complaint using the above link. (Raise an issue)
