Just had a letter with this link and a case ref but it does not work

Sorry to hear that the link is not working for you. Could you try with a .between my and virgin, to see if that is the link. If not, and you're trying to look at a complaint update, you can find this here.
Please let us know if you are having any further issues or have any questions at all. We'll be here to help on the Community Forums if needed. Used that option this is the response. So I still do not know what this is in regard to. Other than all the other issues experienced in recent, weeks, months and years. The ref is -161125873.
I have submitted a complaint - about a complaint using the above link. (Raise an issue)
