Latest rip off

Is this Virginmedia,s latest ploy charging people for missed home visits when the repair people where actually in the house and still not fixing the problem. I am not paying a £25 call out charge just to get my tivo box fixed and even then still have a problem .Called overseas call centre and they said they would take it away as it was a mistake but guess what still showing.They were only interested in closing the complaint but hey it's not over.

    Welcome back to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your charge for an engineer visit. The charge would remain on your online bill as we're not able to generate a new one but the charge should have been removed from your account and the amount taken amended.
