Just joined up - Not received any information - contract, account number etc

Good Evening, 

 

I have signed up today but as of yet i have not received any contract information other than the pre-contract email and an order summary. I have tried to register for myvirginmedia but i need a reference code for my area which is PR22AX. I still have not received any confirmation email or activation details.
