Re: £50 justeats voucher reward is pointless

I installed my broadband on the 15 September and have yet to be sent an email about activating this £50 voucher. The deadline for activating it is the 30th October yet when I try and call for help the robot assistant thing gets me nowhere. Was just wondering how I could get this set up as the help online from virgin has not been useful.
