Joined with M350 Fibre Broadband but no welcome email and pack delivery

Hi, I recently joined Virgin Media on the 5-Feb. I got an email of Order document of Pre-Contract with Contract information sheet number. The provisional installation date is 8th Feb. However, I didn't get the kit or installation notice on the date. I want to track my order but I cannot login as I don't have welcome email to register an account. I don't have any further information on this. Please help.

    Hi jimmyshau

    You could try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 and ask them what's happening.

    They are open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday

    (It can take a couple of days for a member of the forum team to pick up your post)

    Sorry to hear these concerns about your new sale and installation. Sadly we are a bit limited with these kinds of cases, whilst you are awaiting installation. 

    It's not uncommon to be unable to view My VM until your services are active and installed. 

    As the community have already correctly advised, your best route for support at the moment is to give our Pre-install team a call on  ðŸ“ž0800 052 1734 so they can check everything has gone through correctly with your order and offer any further support.
