Issue with registring my vergin media account
Hi there,
I am having trouble with my Virgin Media account. I set up the connection over the phone, but the information provided by the representative is not working. Additionally, the representative forgot to set up my memorable word, making it impossible for me to connect to the support team via phone. Can you suggest any other way to contact the support team? I need to relocate my broadband service as soon as possible.
