Issue with online renewal
As with a few others here, I accepted an online renewal for my services which are currently out of contract. I received the normal pre contract info via email but after 3 weeks nothing has been applied. After having various online conversations with support i was told they can't see it on my account so there is nothing they can do to help. All they could do was offer me a renewal at 3 times the monthly cost of the online deal.
Can someone help or advise what else i can do to get this renewed?
