Issue with email change.
My contract is up in April so its important I can get this fixed.
I recently lost access to the email address I originally signed up to Virgin Media with. I have attempted to send a change of details form and received a positive response saying they have updated the email on my account.
However, when I go to login it says you have yet to verify this email - there is no way to do this.
I am receiving no account emails whatsoever as it stands - nothing is being sent to my new email address.
Please can somebody help me update the email address on my account.
