Invalid HTML in DM to Virgin rep
Hi
Have had a regular DM exchange with Virgin (Ashleigh) for a week to transfer deceased father-in-law’s account to me. I tried to respond to latest DM but getting the “invalid HTML text, correct errors etc”. I keep accepting changes until a new message appears telling me I used my quota of messages for the day!
Can someone from Virgin urgently respond as need to DM to get the various issues sorted.
