Introduce a friend £50

Good afternoon,

I am still waiting on the £50 for being introduced by my friend, she hasn't had the payment either. My Virgin started in March, I would have thought it long enough to process now. Please look into this and advise.

    Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you're waiting on a refer a friend credit. 

    This process is now done via Aklamio can you confirm if you followed the process in this link?

    I joined in December 2024, and I am still waiting for my £50, more than 6 months, have emailed the partner company (Aklamio), have emails back and forth they have all the details just waiting on Virgin Media they keep saying, so I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you.
