Info mail from Virginmedia

I moved into a new Flat in May 2024. I have Virginmedia 500mb + Weekend phone calls that I do not use any more. I have had NO emails from Virgin since being here. That is emails giving me info or if the price is going up. My Mail is [MOD EDIT: Personal info]

I no longer use ntlworld and I have a sneaky feeling that if Virgin is sending me any mail it could be going there. (can NOT access that mail)

I need to know when my Account is due for renewal and what the new price might be. I probably will not pay any high price any more as I am fed up with millions paying £40 a month whilst I pay £60.
