Indemnity Charge Hell
Please can anyone help as it’s impossible to talk to anyone at Virgin. An Indemnity charge has been incorrectly put on our account.
Virgin claim that First Direct have claimed this payment back from them.
First Direct confirm they haven’t as there needs to be an original payment that has been requested to be reversed which there is not. We keep getting cut off and paying 0.01 to get reconnected but today Virgin want 900 quid approx. This needs to be dealt with.
