Incorrect password when logging into my virgin media

For quite a while now, when i try to login to my virgin media, it says my password is incorrect (its not, its always been this for the last 25 years) - it used to direct me to a secondary email which i set up - to give me a code to use - it now doesnt do that anymore.

  1. I havent changed the password
  2. Why is it doing this? 

I Cant login to anything none of the apps or MyVirginMedia.     

It telks me to try and verify another way, but theres no option to do so.
