Incorrect password when logging into my virgin media

For quite a while now, when i try to login to my virgin media, it says my password is incorrect (its not, its always been this for the last 25 years) - it used to direct me to a secondary email which i set up - to give me a code to use - it now doesnt do that anymore.

  1. I havent changed the password
  2. Why is it doing this? 

I Cant login to anything none of the apps or MyVirginMedia.     

It telks me to try and verify another way, but theres no option to do so.

If your password hasn’t changed and you’re no longer receiving verification codes to your recovery email, it may indicate an issue with the security information we have on file.

    We’d love to help get this sorted as quickly as possible. Please try the following steps:

    • Clear your browser cache/cookies or try another device – this often fixes sign‑in loops.
    • Then use the ‘Forgotten your password?’ option on the login page — this will reset your password and refresh your sign‑in preferences.
    • If you’re not receiving your verification code, it may mean the recovery email or security setup needs updating on our side. 

    If that is the case (last step still unable to get the verification code), please inform us and we will send you a private message and once we have done our security process, we will help restore access.
