Incorrect email
I recently signed up to virgin media using an old email address. Shortly afterwards I changed my email address and updated my account details with the new email address. I am still receiving emails (contract details etc) to the old email address but also receiving some emails to my new address. I will not have access to my old email soon so need all correspondence to go to the new address. Hope someone can help.
