Impossible to Change Contact Number

Hi

Hi I have tried changing my contact number both via the app and also the website but after it is saved  it always reverts back to the old number.

I tried calling and someone was looking into after spending an hour on the phone I was just cut off.

When I called back they said they had no record of the call and then cut me off again.

How is it possible to change a contact number.
