I'm trying to view my current package on virgin media app

Clicking on package via virgin media app and under system.status it states package and when I go to view the package it shows tv broadband and phone not available press more for info but it doesn't allow me to view the current package it quickly goes off screen

    Thank you for your post. We're very sorry to hear about the issue with viewing your contract on your online account. 

    Are you able to view this via the web browser version instead of the app?

  • @martin_N if this is what I believe your current services like tv and broadband are not active yet so come Monday 28 April when I check my app it should be available if that's the reason Jonathan thanks Martin for help

      Hi Jonathanphillip, 

      Thanks for coming back to us on this one. If the services are not installed yet then this would be why. The app will usually update within a few days after the installation 😊

      If you're still having issues after the services have been installed for a week, pop back and let us know.

  • I believe there was a Karen as well on forum site @kath _p f and Craig d well remembered Craig and John its all coming back now Jonathan ex forum member
