I want to complain for charge
So my contract ends on 31st of August 2024. I had to receive a notification from Virgin Media for incoming end, of course I didn't received it.
After the charge of £67.45 for not included promotions I contact Virgin Media to cancel the contract.
So I told the guy to cancel it before my next billing date which wasn't a problem he said. Now I received a bill for £50.55 and the breakdown is £6.74 for 3 days using of the package and £43.81 for Total Early Disconnection Fees... What the hell?!
My contract ended last month, Virgin Media didn't contact me and charged me double for not included promotions and then charged me for Early disconnection. UNBELIEVABLE!
I want my money back from the last bill! £43.81!!!

So I don't have a contract at the moment, but I'm using the services even without promotions.
No, the minimum term ended on the August but services continued to be provided on the same basis - most likely without the time-limited discounts.
The contract only ends when 30days notice has been given and served - and services are disconnected. For as long as services are being provided and used, a contract continues to exist.
This is standard practice with UK telecoms providers.
