I swapped for a new tv box nothing shown on virgin app as ordered

I think I've ordered a 360 tv box in exchange for streaming tv apparently its free we got told via virgin but I can't see anything on invoice as ordered so I'm not sure if it's been processed many thanks Jonathan I'm sure if it was processed it will show up on virgin app under orders nothing shown

      I believe its been ordered I checked today and she saw it on screen as its been ordered but there is no sign of it anywhere on my virgin media app to say its been ordered which i believe it should be down but nothing on there that I can see
