VM contracts never end, they just change to 30 day rolling, and the discounts are lost. You can cancel 30 days before 08/02/26 Note, if you miss the day, VM will continue to bill at the non discounted rate until the cancellation date is reached.
If you are just wanting to remove all packages except Broadband, you may find it is more expensive, as VM are a bundle supplier and the more you take, the less expensive it is.
I would advise you check all the competition in your area for broadband only, and then deal with VM retentions. You will then know if you are getting a good deal or not. If you don't like the VM deal, then just leave and go elsewhere.

Hi Tomcat1,
Thank you for your post.
You can either call in via 150/0345 454 1111 to discuss a package change if you wish.

You may find it easier to call the 'thinking of leaving us' option to say that you are definitely leaving. But you might consider coming back for a broadband only deal.
You'll need to be firm because they will still try to offer you 'upgrades' to justify a higher price. A favourite is a higher connection speed that you don't need.
