Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your bills at the moment. If you have access to your online account you can view all of your bills for the last 12 months and download them, you can access your bills using the following path
Login to My Virgin Media > View Bill > View bill in My Virgin Media > View Bills, you will then be able to access the bills.
