a) How long is the end to end process going to take?
b) what are the steps in this process?

How did you add this on, was it online over the phone etc?
If it was online can take up to 14 days sometimes a little shorter.
If you have got the paperwork to confirm this has been added that is a good sign and means it has been successful.
