I have moved address but my online account still shows my old details
When I log in my online account it shows my old address and old account number. How do the new details migrate over

Typically as you have a new account, we would advise registering your new account and account number with a new email address Login to My Virgin Media | Virgin Media This is because your email and login are still tied to your old account. I have tried registering it against another email address I have but it states the account number is already registered.
