I cant sign in to my new online account
I recently signed up for a new virgin media account with my email address that was previously used for an old/canceled Virgin Media account. Whenever I try to login online it takes me back to my old account with an old address. I can't access my new online account and have been trying to get this sorted as soon as possible as I can't pay my bill because it isnt coming up online.
